Booking Policies
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The retainer is non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability.
Travel Fees
Travel is free within 20 miles. 21–40 miles: +$25. 41–60 miles: +$50. Beyond 60 miles: custom quote.
Character Integrity
Costume heads and masks are never removed during an appearance. Please do not ask performers to break character.
Safety
An adult assistant accompanies every character. Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times.
