Outdoor Events Need Shade

All outdoor setups require adequate shade. We reserve the right to cancel due to unsafe weather with a full refund.

Character Heads Stay On

For the magic and safety of all children, character heads are never removed during an event.

Every character visit includes a trained adult assistant to help manage interactions and keep the experience running smoothly.
