Flexible Scheduling
Rental Options
Standalone Soft Play
No set party time frames — just tell us your party start and end time and we'll coordinate setup and teardown around you. Last pickup is at 8 pm. After-hours pickup available for an additional fee.
Bundle with Character Visit
Combine soft play with a character visit and save $50. Your rental is scheduled for your specific party date. Use the Quote Estimator to build your bundle.

Booking Policies
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation
The retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate a new date subject to availability.
Travel Fees
Delivery is free within 20 miles. 21–40 miles: +$25. 41–60 miles: +$50. Beyond 60 miles: custom quote.
Outdoor Events
Shade must be available for all outdoor setups. We reserve the right to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions with a full refund.
Supervision
An adult must supervise children at all times while using the soft play equipment. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from unsupervised use.
